My invoice is on monthly payment terms, however I am unable to schedule a recurring billing. Why is this happening?

The recurring billing option is available to accounts whose payments are up-to-date. If your invoice is on monthly payment terms and you are unable to set up recurring billing for online payments, your account may be past due. If this is the case, please bring your account current by making a one-time online payment for the past due amount. Once the invoice is current, you will be able to set up recurring billing for online payments.
